The Noble Lie

While in a prayer gathering, the Lord gave me a word to share to call us closer, because of what is coming. This word is Keilah. In the Bible, it's Hebrew for citadel or fortress.

The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

Psalm 18:2

A time is coming where where there will be no internet or power, and so the best thing we can do is learn to hear the voice of God for ourselves, because people will be afraid. When we fear, we are prone to foolish choices and deception. The ones coming will be greater than the one we just walked through. God does not want those who are in right standing with him through Jesus to fear.

Hear this in love: If we aren't engaged in spiritual warfare, it's because we are losing.

The greatest weapon of satan is the one that lulls us to sleep, spiritually by keeping us distracted and lukewarm. God calls us to keep our minds and put our efforts into things that are of eternal worth.

When we are obeying the Lord, forces come against us (explained in Ephesians 6). Praise the Lord, if we are with him, then we already have the victory. He goes before us and knows no defeat.
